Sue Bryan was born and raised in Dublin. She is a self-taught artist, who lives and works in New York City.  She has been working in pen, ink and watercolor for over twelve years and has been successfully selling Limited Edition Prints of her work throughout the United States, Canada and Ireland for the past five years. 

Sue's fascination with the past has led her to produce a series of intricate town and street scenes of old Ireland. Over the past year, Sue has been working on a new series of drawings entitled 'People of the Islands',  in which she strives to depict life on the Aran and Blasket Islands at the turn of the last century. Her ability to capture and express the essence of her subjects has made this series one of her most successful to date.
